Due to the delicate nature of this product refunds or exchanges can only be done in the first 24 hours after delivery.
Any unit returned must be returned with chamber at least 90% full of concentrate.
Broken chambers or any less depletion of chamber unfortunately cannot be refunded or exchanged as we are unaware of the treatment/use of each individuals unit by each individual customer. Thank you
